We read everything and answer what needs answering, usually within a couple of days.
What to put in the message
- His departments. Garage, grill, course, desk, truck — whichever he actually spends Saturdays in.
- The budget. Solo gift or split between siblings; both change the answer completely.
- The oldest tool you have seen him use. It is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
What we answer first
- Corrections. A wrong detail, a dead link, a product that no longer exists.
- Questions about a guide. Budget, department, or “would he really use this.”
- Suggestions. A category we have missed, or a question a guide should answer and does not.
